We own a charming vintage cottage that needed a whole new look. Our carpenter/contractor mentioned his experience with ready-to-assemble cabinets & I investigated & with much trepidation embarked on the process of redesigning the layout & getting cabinets ordered. The designer I worked with was extremely helpful & between the two of us we got layout & specifications done. I relied on our carpenter to receive the product & get it put together while we were in Mexico for our annual sojourn there. The cabinets were in place when we returned & only finish-out to be completed. It was an amazing transformation. The cabinets are very high quality & dimensionally perfect. The end product would be magazine-spread worthy. I have recently also done a project with custom cabinets which are, of course, custom, but I would say if you can fit these ready-made cabinets into your project you will get the same quality as custom with a considerable cost savings.

The instructions that were included were not for the cabinet I ordered. The online video was also of no help. After about 2-3 weeks I received a call from the distributor, who verbally gave me instructions. I received a call from RTA apologizing. Also this particular cabinet (36" Pantry) did NOT assemble like all of those shown online. It was much more difficult to put together and required two people. The quality of the cabinet I received was good.
Took a little longer than expected to get all the items, but everything arrived and has been installed. Received good customer service during the ordering process. Had cabinets built and installed by a professional. He commented the cabinets were very well made. My wife loves the cabinets and they look great in the kitchen.
The purchase was smooth. We did receive some damaged products which can happen but RTA quickly resolved the issues. Overall great experience!
Easy to place order and promptly delivered
Cabinet came well packaged, except for tape that was used to hold bubble wrap. Tape was on cabinet surface, which had to be cleaned off. Otherwise cabinet finish was good.
High quality cabinets look beautiful in our laundry room. pleased with the result.
