Our customer answered: Excellent Service - Highly Recommend Robert Madara! I’m currently redoing my entire kitchen, and honestly, I don't think I could have pulled it off without Robert Madara at The RTA Store. I’ll be the first to admit I wasn't the easiest customer—I changed my mind on the layout and design at least three times. Every single time, Robert was so patient and cool about it. He didn’t just make the changes; he actually took the time to explain things and gave me some really solid advice that made the kitchen. Robert also went out of his way to help me get started a great price on everything, which was a huge win for my budget. If you’re remodeling, do yourself a favor and ask for Robert. He knows his stuff and actually cares about making sure you're happy with the final result!

Our customer answered: In 2022 my parents and I, who live on the same street in Fort Myers Beach Florida, experienced a disaster like no one could have predicted. Hurricane Ian completely wiped out, not only our homes, but our entire community. It was described as an 500 year storm. After many months of struggling to find housing for my parents and finally settling into a Fema trailer, we were able to start the process of rebuilding. My husband and I are Builders and decided to take this project on ourselves as my parents would not otherwise be able to afford to stay at their location. They’ve been here for almost 30 years. We really wanted them to stay, but the cost of building after a hurricane was astronomical. I’m so thankful we could do this for them and RTA Cabinets was one piece of the puzzle that made it more affordable. We found RTA Cabinets online and Dareli was our gal! She worked tirelessly and honestly with us. She respected my design abilities and took over where my abilities for measuring lacked. She was so kind, efficient, and did such a great job that we’re actually working with her again for more spec homes we are building in Idaho. My mom is now in her home enjoying her new RTA Kitchen and master bath. We were unable to finish our FL home at this time, but after we finish our current project in Idaho, we will be back in Florida to finish our home as well. We look forward to working with Dareli for many more projects to come. RTA Cabinets are beautiful and cost-efficient. We are so glad we found them and Dareli!!

Our customer answered: I was so glad to have unlimited access to the designer and the number of projects he could assist with. I planned to buy only kitchen cabinets, but then added bathroom cabinetry as well as cabinetry for an entertainment center. Working with Shawn went very well. I especially like having an email thread, which outlined our conversations, designs, plans, and changes. Shawn communicated timely and thoroughly. We also had a few calls during the process to ensure alignment on all elements and to go through the final design plans in detail.
