What is Order Protection?

Order Protection is complimentary premium package protection for your RTA order. Order Protection’s Package Protection is covered by RTA Store so that you can easily file claims for loss, theft, damage, missing item, wrong item, wrong address, and order delivered not received. When you file a claim, the Order Protection team will review it for approval with a resolution provided in as little as an hour.

How do I file a claim?

Filing a claim is easy! Click here to file a claim now. You can also file a claim through the link found in your order confirmation email.

When filing a claim with Order Protection, you will simply need to provide your RTA Store order number and email address to get started. Depending on the claim type, you may be prompted to upload a photo/video to proceed to file your claim to better help us make the right resolution decision for you.

From there, you will be asked a few simple questions about your issue, and you will hear back from an agent within a few minutes to a few hours.

How does the Order Protection service reimburse me?

Depending on your requested resolution (refund or replacement), your refund will be issued to you once the claim has been approved and can take up to 5 business days to process. A replacement will be issued at the time of claim resolution, and you will receive another order confirmation email once complete.
